We request your Visa/MasterCard/Discover Card number to secure your reservations. Cards will not be charged until appointment time. There is no charge for cancellations up to 8 hours prior to scheduled appointment. No shows WITHOUT 8 HOURS PRIOR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION will be charged THE FULL AMOUNT OF TREATMENT.
To ensure efficient scheduling of your treatments, we ask that you check in at the Cottage at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive later than your scheduled appointment time we will finish your treatment on time, while the normal treatment fee remains unchanged.
